Demolition Works

Demolition works are done in phases such that each element of a building or structure are carefully dismantled and salvaged for reuse and recycling. Such work also required a demolition and site waste management plan like step-by-step dismantling of parts that are similar in materials to avoid contamination of clean concrete debris. Such plan allows us to properly manage the debris / facilitate the sorting of waste and disposal.

Other challenges in doing demolition works is keeping the noise level, vibrations, dust and environmental pollution at minimum, this is to minimize the inconvenience to the public.
