First Roads, Sewers & Car Parks Works Project Awarded
Construction of Road and Carparks at Bishan C1 & C2, and Sewers at Bishan HUDC C1 Singapore.
First Drainage Works Project Awarded
Our first drainage project: Proposed Linked and Drainage Works to Jalan Bahar for Nanyang Technological Institute (NTI).

Chye Joo Construction Pte Ltd was incorporated.
First Earthwork Project with JTC
Our first project with JTC: Earthworks, Drains, Sewers and Ancillary Works at Science Park, Phase 11, Singapore.
First Cemetery Works with Ministry of Environment
We were honored to be awarded the Development of Hindu/Muslim Cemetery 1992/93 Singapore.

Our first collaboration with Mass Rapid Transit Corporation: MRTC Contract 612 - Woodlands Earthworks.

Completion of Our First Landfill Works & Coastal Work Projects
Awarded by National Environment Agency: Pulau Semakau Offshore Landfill Facilities for the Operation and Maintenance of Landfill Equipment Vehicles
Completed our first coastal works project in collaboration with the Urban Redevelopment Authority: Proposed Boardwalk at Western Coastline at Changi Point
Secure a contract from Land Transport Authority (LTA) for road and bridge widening contract: ER104 Widening of Kranji Expressway from Bukit Timah Expressway To Pan Island Expressway
Completed our first Road Works Project with Land Transport Authority: Contract PT115 Planned Maintenance of Roads in West Sector.
Completed our first Coastal Works Project with Police Coast Guard: Proposed Physical Barriers at Pulau Ubin and Safti Live Firing Area.
Completed our first Airport Works Project with DSTA: Resurfacing of Runway, Replacement of Airfield Lighting System and Widening of Central Crossings in Tengah Airbase Project.

Awarded Jurong Island Infrastructure Work Project
We were honored to be awarded the Jurong Island Infrastructure Work Project by JTC: Contract No JTC 66/2004 - Construction of Roads, Drains, Sewers and Soil Improvement - Works at Banyan Road/Meranti Crescent Part 1 Jurong Island.
Our commitment to safety was recognized as we received the LTA Annual Safety Award 2005 for projects C426 and ER104
First Canal Work and MRT Work Project Awarded
Ventured into canal work: Improvement to Sungei Seletar, awarded by PUB and secured our first MRT work project: C8282: Major Outstanding Works at Macpherson and Upper Paya Lebar Stations, awarded by LTA
Upgraded BCA workhead to CW01- C2, CW02 - A2, and CR08 - L3
Certified to OHSAS 18001-2007 Certification, emphasizing our commitment to safety
